Merle Henderson Flag and Plaque Dedication

Thank you to all the wonderful courageous Veterans for their dedication and service to our country! And thank you to our HACR Maintenance Team for their efforts and bravery going 35 feet in the air to enable this beautiful American flag to proudly fly again at our Merle Henderson Apartment Building complex. The commemorative plaque originally placed at the base of the flag pole in 1970 is still in place today, and the Housing Authority of the City of Richmond is forever appreciative of this donation from the Richmond Community Armed Forces Support Committee!
