Every Child Can Read Program

The Housing Authority is happy to announce a new addition to the wonderful programs within the Reverend James M. Townsend Memorial Building. On July 1, 2023, "Every Child Can Read" became an awesome part of the services provided for the community. Every Child Can Read, Inc. (ECCR) believes in opening a world of opportunities by growing a love of reading in young readers. Along with the "Boys and Girls Club" and "Community Action of East Central Indiana Head Start" programs, the Housing Authority of the City of Richmond is honored and proud to add "Every Child Can Read" as a community partner within the Reverend James M. Townsend Memorial Building! Executive Director/President and CEO of HACR welcomes Executive Director, Kim English of Every Child Can Read.
